When pitching a new dog toy collection to retailers for purchase, it’s important to BARK that their collections tell a cohesive story through creative design and copy. A pitch deck is made by the sales team to include all the important businessy bits of the toy collection (product research, MSRPs, etc.) but the introduction page of the presentation is intentionally left blank for the copy team to sprinkle some storytelling magic.
That’s where I came in!
I ensured the collection name, a few toy names, and a call to action were always included as the informational base of my pitches. Then I focused on developing a sense of place and evoking the heart-warming feeling one gets when spending time with their dog.
Below are some of my favorite sales pitches for collections I had the privilege to bring to life!
