Social Media Content
When launching my digital marketing career, I specialized exclusively in strategic social media. I found everything about the fast-paced world of social media management to be fascinating. And let me tell you, I learned A LOT when it comes to community building and effective calls to action.
Over time, I decided to focus less on graphic design and video editing, and more on my writing and passion for brand voices.
The following portfolio pieces are a mix of more recent, exclusively copywriting work, and work from the time when I used to do it all—graphics included. They’re in order from newest to oldest for your convenience. 🙂
SK Wealth Management – LinkedIn Posts (Copy Only)
SKW features a weekly wealth management topic in their podcast as well as on their blog. In order to direct more traffic to this high-value content (and in turn their website) their LinkedIn posts need to be on theme and intriguing with lots of CTAs. Their brand voice is friendly, trustworthy, and intelligent—without sounding condescending to their audience.
PatronArt – Facebook Banners & General Content
PatronArt is a company with an exciting new premise: you dream it, we paint it. You fill out a form with your idea for a piece of custom art, and a team of local artists propose their ideas and prices of how to bring it to life.
The difficulty with marketing this novel concept is that it is so new, it isn’t self-explanatory. As part of my role as Social Media Marketing Specialist, I created graphics and digital newsletters to help explain our premise, as well as cultivate our growing online community.
O’Keeffe PR – Social Media Holiday Content
A large part of strategic social media is consistently posting content so the algorithms work in your favor. Between writing blogs, press releases, and other event posts for O’Keeffe, I created themed graphics for local and national holidays to keep the O’Keeffe posting and personable.
Pig Quest – Social Posts & QR Code Fliers
Pig Quest is a choose your adventure comic where you follow Leopold the Pig on his various quests. Founded by my talented cartoonist brother, this was a fun project for both of us where he made his art and I ran the social media. My duties included scheduling posts, writing captions, running ad campaigns, and designing graphics.
